Please contact our Claims Specialist at 713-425-6700 or if unavailable, your insurance company to report a new claim.

Make temporary repairs to prevent further damage to your property. This would include covering breaks in a roof, wall or windows with plywood, canvas or other waterproof material. Do not have permanent repairs made. Unauthorized repairs may not be reimbursed.

As soon as you can, prepare a detailed inventory of all damaged or destroyed personal property for the adjuster. Be sure to keep a copy. Include as much information as possible including: description, cost, replacement cost, and date of purchase.

Take photos or video of damage and start cleaning up.

It is important that you do not throw anything away until you have spoken with your adjuster.
